ShieldSync Security Private Limited ("ShieldSync", "we", "us") operates https://shieldsyncsecurity.com and related training and labs services. We are based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Information we collect
Information you provide — such as your name, email, phone number, and message — when you contact us, apply for the Foundation Program, or sign up for training or labs.
Usage data — basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the site is used (pages visited, device type), to improve the experience.
How we use your information
To respond to enquiries, deliver services, training, and labs, process applications and payments, send relevant updates you've asked for, and improve our offerings.
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, form delivery, payments, hosting, and email), bound by confidentiality, and where required by law.
Payments
Payments are processed by Paytm (Paytm Payments Services Ltd.), an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. Your card, UPI, and bank details are entered on Paytm's secure checkout and handled by Paytm — ShieldSync never sees or stores your full card details. We keep only the order records (such as amount, status, and a payment reference) needed to grant access and for accounting.
Where your data is stored
Our website and labs run on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Some information may be stored or processed on servers outside India, including in the United States. Payment data handled by Paytm is stored in India in line with RBI requirements. Where personal data crosses borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards and process it in accordance with India's DPDP Act, 2023.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Depending on your location (including under GDPR and India's DPDP Act), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your information, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these, contact us at info@shieldsyncsecurity.com.
